Book Three of Three — Under the Influence
There is a difference between believing in the Holy Spirit and living under His influence.
Most Christians can recite the doctrine. Fewer can testify to the daily, breathing, moment-by-moment reality of a Presence that walks with them, corrects them, empowers them, and will not let them stay the same. Born out of a single sermon on Isaiah 61:1, Under the Influence grew because one sermon could not hold everything that needed to be said about the Holy Spirit.
Across ten chapters, you'll discover:
Who the Holy Spirit is — a Person, not a force or a feeling
What He does — Teacher, Comforter, Helper, Guide
The scope of His power — restraining evil, sanctifying praise, empowering prayer
The difference between salvation and being filled — and how to receive Him in fullness
Why His indwelling is not optional — but necessary
The evidence that proves He is truly at work in you
The five levels of commitment — from watching at the water's edge to fully immersed
How to recognize when you've grieved Him — and how to come back
This is the book for anyone who senses there is more available — more power, more peace, more discernment — than they have yet walked in. There is a river, and most of us have only ever gotten our feet wet.
Book Three, the conclusion of a three-part series that began with Abba, Father and continued with The Name Above Every Name.
